The new guest portal is now ready, where guests can manage everything related to their stay in one place. Here, they can submit the necessary details, request early check-in or late check-out, and view their messages more clearly in their own language.
This means less uncertainty and less back-and-forth coordination, while access information is also delivered to them in a more organized way. The result is a smoother arrival experience and fewer issues for your guests.
The direct booking page is now live, with lower commission fees
The DavidBnB direct booking page is now available: direct booking page. Your properties are listed here by default, so if a returning guest or acquaintance would like to book directly, we can direct them to this page.
The tangible benefit is that instead of the roughly 15% commission charged by Airbnb and Booking, only 5% is charged here. This leaves more revenue from each booking, while guests can still easily select dates, view prices, and pay by card.
New calendar view in the owner portal
A new calendar view is now available in the owner portal, making it easier to see which periods are booked at your accommodation. This gives you a clearer overview of booking patterns and occupancy trends in one place.
In this view, you can block off periods for personal use free of charge and create direct bookings as well. This makes it faster to manage bookings arranged separately and helps ensure no unnecessary commission is charged for them.
